Kaylas Bhiro, General Manager
Mr. Bhiro has a long and proven history of delivering imaginative and functional projects in the New York City Real Estate industry. For nearly 30 years he has constructed industrial scale electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other supporting trade construction services.
Over the last 7 years, Mr. Bhiro has led the Powergen Team in the construction of 11 Cogeneration, Trigeneration Emergency Generator and Steam Boiler plants, the majority of which were built as retrofits into high-end New York City hotels and residential apartment buildings.

A seasoned technology and process management executive with over 20 years’ experience in the strategic development, hands-on implementation and management of technology infrastructure, services and technical teams within the fields of energy, engineering, law, financial services, real estate/construction, architecture, marketing/media, social media, education, non-profit, public policy and government relations.

A Graduate of The George Washington University School of Business & Public Management, Mr. Martell’s specialties include Strategic Planning, Process Development/Optimization, Business Model Architecture, Business Plan Development, and Technology Architecture.

In concert with Mr. Bhiro, Mr. Martell oversees all Powergen operations, manages customer relations, vendor relations, State and Federal incentive programs and governmental relations. He is also tasked with the analysis of the business case for each project we entertain and if appropriate, subsequently develop.
Stephanie Naso, Operations Manager
Stephanie Naso has a decade of New York City Construction Industry Operations and Project Management experience. Mrs. Naso’s extensive knowledge and understanding of industrial electrical, lighting, general power equipment, switchgear, fire alarm and other trades required for project execution make her ideally suited for her role as Powergen’s Operations Manager.
Mrs. Naso’ has extensive experience and expertise with the New York City Department of Buildings, FDNY and ConEdison permitting processes she provides in-house expediting for those aspects on all Powergen projects holding both FDNY and NYC DOB Certifications.
A process expert specializing in project administration, scheduling, procurement and client relationship management, Mrs. Naso has an uncanny ability to make the complex simple and to manage the execution of interrelated tasks with ease and a smile.
Patrick McGonigle, Field Superintendent
Patrick McGonigle brings over 20 years’ experience in the commercial and industrial construction industries. He has a background in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heating Technologies. He holds certificates including Oil Burner #6, Fire Watch, OXY + ACY Torch Permits, Air Pollution, and a Universal Certification for all Refrigerants.
Mr. McGonigle has experience in all phases of construction project life cycles which include the initial design, acquiring permits, submitting bids, creating budgets, scheduling construction and overseeing field operations.

He has collaborated with many high-profile architectural and engineering firms and has managed multimillion-dollar projects for clients such as NASDAQ, ABC Studios, Disney, and JFK International Airport.
